He has plans to plant one lakh saplings all over Tamil Nadu. The star is doing this through his Vikram Foundation and Sanjeevini Trust and has named the project as Patchai Puratchi. Vikram stated his fans will look after these saplings until they are grown.

During the inaugural function of this event, Vikram said that he intends to talk about this to Ajith, Vikram, and Suriya and make this project a grand success.
