There are also rumors doing rounds that Rajini visited the Kaligambal Temple as he wanted to shoot some important scenes in Rana at that temple. It may be mentioned here that Rajini had shot the popular song Shakthi Kodu in the film Baba at the same temple.
However, sources close to Rajini deny that his visit had anything to do with Rana’s shooting. Rana is a mega budget film to be produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ochre Studios and Eros International and directed by KS Ravi Kumar.
