Mangaatha audio, which was expected to release on May 1, has been postponed again. Venkat Prabhu has said that it has been delayed and he would announce the date of the music launch soon. But the director did not reveal the reason.
Venkat Prabhu tweeted, “We planned to release Mangaatha audio for our Thala b'day!! Due to certain issues couldn't!!! We r planning to release ASAP!!! Kindly hold on.” It may be recalled that the audio was supposed to release in March first week but it was postponed due to unknown reasons.
Meanwhile, Sony Music has acquired the audio rights of Ajith Kumar's Mangaatha for a record price. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for Mangaatha. It has nine songs for which Vaali, Gangai Amaranand renowned poet Subramanya Bharathi's grandson, Niranjan Bharathi have penned the lyrics.
However, Venkat Prabhu directorial film features Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan and Arjun Sarja in the key roles and Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Premji Amaren, Ganesh Venkatraman, Sona Heiden in supporting cast.
