Aravaan

vasanthabalan's Aravaan: Grandeur guaranteed Critically acclaimed director Vasanthabalan's much awaited epic film Aravaan is set in the Pandian Era (during the 18th century). After nearly three months, the director finalized Arittapatti Hill near Madurai to shoot some important sequences. This place has negligible human encroachments and has many caves, streams and huge valleys. Art director Vijay Murugan and his huge team erected a grand village including a Karuppan temple and hundreds of huts made of bamboo, straw, palm leaves and rocks in this area.
