Aascar Ravichandran is ensuring that Velayutham starring Vijay turns out to be the best ever. He has therefore pumped in a lot of money in an effort to make it a blockbuster. Sources close to the Velayutham team says that the producer have spent about 2 crores for Vijay’s intro song in the film.

Velayutham is Vijay’s next release in the pipeline which is expected to hit the screens in August. This film also stars Genelia and Hansika Motwani. Directed by Jayam Raja, this film is the remake of the Telugu smash hit Azad.
